If you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to make the exchange or refund. Write to us at devoluciones@saviacosmetics.com to inform us of your decision and to process your exchange/refund.

To return or exchange the products, you must send them to us in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with no signs of use to the following address:

Puedes elegir entre: 

– Refund of the amount paid: you must send us the product in perfect condition. In this case, you will bear the cost of returning the order. Once we receive the package at our facilities and check that everything is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount paid, except for the shipping costs.

– Exchange for another product: whether it was a mistake when ordering a product or if you have thought it over and want to exchange the product for another one, you will bear the cost of returning and resending the product. If the amount of the product is higher than the amount returned, you will have to pay the difference. If, on the other hand, the order is for a lower amount, we will reimburse the difference.

We recommend that you send us the products by registered post or courier so that we can track the package and avoid any incidents.

Once we receive the goods, we will check them and if they are in perfect condition and without signs of use, we will proceed to refund the order or exchange the products.

For health reasons, no returns or exchanges will be accepted on cosmetic products that have been opened or show signs of use, unless they are in poor condition or defective.

If you have received an incorrect or defective product, the cost of returning and reshipping (if applicable) will be borne by Savia Cosmetics.


Once the courier company has delivered the package to our facilities and checked that the items are in perfect condition, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount has been paid.

The refund will be reflected in your account within 7 to 15 working days, depending on the bank. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to make your purchase.

Did you receive the wrong product or is a product missing from your order?

If you detect an error in your order, please contact us within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the order, through our email devoluciones@saviacosmetics.com and we will respond as soon as possible. We will pick up the wrong product and you will receive the correct one at no additional cost. 

Please note that we will not accept an opened/used product. Both the product and the packaging must be in its original, unopened condition.

Did you receive a faulty/defective product in your order?

If so, don’t worry about anything. Write to our email within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will respond as soon as possible to collect the defective product and deliver a new one.
