With Savia Cosmetics you will be able to receive your order at your home via the shipping agency (Envialia).

We currently ship free of charge to mainland Spain and mainland Portugal.

If you want to ship to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, European Union countries or International, please send us an email to hola@saviacosmetics.com.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email. When the package leaves our facilities, the logistics company will send you an email/sms indicating the estimated delivery date and your tracking number (check your spam folder in case it arrives there).

Shipment preparation

At Savia Cosmetics the packaging process will be done with great care and love, always thinking of protecting the products as best as possible so that your purchase arrives safe and sound to your home.

We will prepare your order in approximately 24 hours from the time of purchase. Remember that if you make your purchase on a public holiday (national, regional or local) or on a weekend, it will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

All orders for Spain and mainland Portugal will be delivered within 3 working days of the package leaving our warehouse. These times may vary if there is any incident in the delivery such as absence of the addressee, incorrect address, etc.

International shipments usually take between 5-10 working days, but it depends on each country. Please contact us by sending an email to hola@saviacosmetics.com and we will be happy to attend to your request.

Delivery time may be affected at times of high sales volume such as Black Friday, Christmas or special promotions.

Shipping cost.

  • Shipping costs in Spain are free of charge (home delivery).
  • Shipping costs in Portugal Peninsula are free (home delivery).
  • For shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, European Union countries or International, please send us an email to hola@saviacosmetics.com**.

**In no case will we be responsible for any customs charges that may arise in shipments.

Can I change my delivery address?

Once your order is on its way, it will not be possible to make any changes to the address, as this would generate an additional cost. So, please, when we send you the confirmation of your order, check that all the details are correct to avoid delivery incidents and/or unnecessary expenses.

What happens if I am not at home on the day of delivery?

Deliveries are made throughout the day and we cannot guarantee an exact time slot in which the delivery person will go to deliver it, therefore, we recommend indicating a delivery address where there may be someone to receive the package and thus avoid incidents and possible delays in delivery.

If the package is unsuccessfully attempted to be delivered to the recipient twice at the delivery address, it will be the recipient’s responsibility to go to the nearest Envialia office to pick up the package. We will contact you to indicate the incident and inform you of the office where the package will be available.

The Envialia office will keep the package for you to pick it up during the following 7 calendar days. Once this period has elapsed, the package will be returned.

If the order is returned to our facilities for reasons not attributable to Savia Cosmetics, the customer will be responsible for the associated costs.
